The accounting statistics are an important part of a production based national accounting system. In 2006 Statistics Greenland commenced the task of building a production based national accounting system. The first results were published early August 2009. Since accounting statistics are also of analytic interest independently, data is published to be used in further analysis. In the first quarter of 2010 Statistics Greenland expects to publish data for 2006 and 2007. Data for 2008 is expected late 2010.
